Rick
Beineke started racing
motorcycles in the early 70’s at the age of 15.
At that time
his first sponsorship was Sunshine Cycle in Holiday Florida. His
competitive edge made him place very well at Golden Eagles Race
Track in Tampa. As well as in Dade City and other parts in the state
of Florida
AMA American Motorcross Assoc.& NML - National Motorcycle League
racing league.
Rick remembers a time when he
raced at Chicken Farm Race Track, he went for a jump, and he flew
(like an eagle),
35 to 40 feet into the air, straight up! Rick loves to race
motorcycles, cars or whatever!
When Rick raced into the 80’s,
before having to work to help support the household at a young age
he went into race cars. Working into his own business for about 15
years he finally purchased his race first car. A 1970 mustang that
cost him $1,500.00 and it drove like he pad a buck for it.
As
Rick raced he became better as a clean racer. He has 29 win’s,
Rookie of the year in 1997 and Placed 8th in 1999 for
track champion, in 2000 he placed 9th for track champion,
and in 2002 placed 6th for track champion.
His desire to race now is even
stronger than before. Due to a shoulder injury, he’s been off for 2
years. Hoping next year he will be ready to race, and fly like an
EAGLE!
